Free cancellation is available until 24 hours before pickup.
Flexible date requests
Date changes require AUTOVIGO approval and availability. Your current reservation stays active until approval.

Full rental conditions
Driver & car
Driver and documents
Drivers must be aged 21–70 and hold a full driving licence for at least one year. Bring your original licence, valid passport or national ID, and booking confirmation. Bring an international driving permit or certified translation where required; an international permit does not replace your original licence.
Fuel, mileage and travel
Unlimited mileage is included. Return the car with the same fuel level as at pickup. Missing fuel and any applicable refuelling service charge are payable; ask for the rate at pickup. Taking the vehicle outside Morocco is not permitted.
Deposit & payment
Refundable security deposit
A temporary security amount collected at pickup and returned after checks and settlement of any outstanding amounts.
A refundable security deposit of 10,000 MAD is required at pickup, separately from the rental price. It is returned after the vehicle is checked and any outstanding amounts are settled. The deposit is not an insurance excess and does not limit your liability to 10,000 MAD. Card refunds may take up to 21 days, depending on the bank.
Payment at pickup
Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit or debit cards are accepted subject to card eligibility and sufficient funds. Bring a physical card in the main driver’s name and its PIN. Prepaid and virtual cards are not accepted. Credit-card deposits may be held; debit-card deposits may be charged and then refunded. Confirm your card with AUTOVIGO before travelling.
Insurance & charges
Insurance and excess
Your share of an eligible damage or theft claim, under the insurance contract. This is separate from the deposit.
Included cover: third-party liability, collision damage waiver and theft waiver, subject to the rental and insurance contracts. The insurance excess is 14,000 MAD for covered damage or theft. Keys, tyres, glass and undercarriage are excluded from this cover. Exclusions and breaches of the contract can result in liability beyond the excess. Any additional cover must be confirmed with AUTOVIGO.
How the excess works
Illustrative examples assuming a covered claim and a fixed 14,000 MAD excess. Actual responsibility depends on the contract, exclusions and claim assessment.
Customer’s share: 5,000 MAD. Below the excess, insurance pays nothing in this example.
Customer’s share: 14,000 MAD. Insurance covers the remaining 6,000 MAD in this example.
Pricing, extras and one-way rentals
Prices are shown in MAD. Rental days are rounded up to full 24-hour periods. Available extras and their prices appear in your booking summary; extras are subject to availability. A different return location is available only for an enabled route, with its fee shown before sending the request. The rental, extras and one-way fee are listed separately. The refundable deposit is separate from that total.
